    Overview

    Summary

2021: ITC's Trade in Services Project aims at enhancing knowledge and skills for policymakers, Business Support Organizations (BSOs) and SMEs in developing countries to better leverage increasing opportunities in global services trade, which will contribute to the increased SME competitiveness in exporting high value-added services. This will be achieved through awareness building and analytical work on services trade developments, policy advisory services for governments and international cooperation mechanisms, assistance with development of services sector strategies, competitive intelligence on business opportunities, as well as knowledge and skill development through e-learning courses and trainings. The project focuses on the dynamic sectors in services trade including e-commerce and digital trade, creative industries, tourism and IT/BPO export.
